Job descriptionOverseeing all on-site construction activities from ground-breaking to completion Managing subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics Enforcing safety standards and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations Coordinating closely with project managers, engineers, and clients Maintaining accurate project documentation and progress reporting 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction Proven ability to manage multiple trades and complex schedules Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills OSHA 30 certification preferred Experience with Procore or similar project management software Competitive base salary : $100,000 – $135,000 (DOE) Comprehensive benefits package Per diem for travel Company truck and fuel card Supportive team environment with long-term growth potential
