People Team Director

Overview

Director of The People Team responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to support a positive, productive workplace.

Compensation

Base pay range : $175,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr. This range is provided by Lawyers for Justice, PC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle : recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, retention, and offboarding.
• Manage employee relations, providing coaching and guidance to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across several states.
• Manage HR metrics and reporting to evaluate organizational trends and inform decision-making.
• Lead HR policy development, updates, and enforcement.
• Partner with department heads to support organizational development, change management, and succession planning.
• Supervise and mentor the People Team members.
