• Additional Info : - Outpatient only position- Join an established team of 3 Family Medicine physicians and 5 APPs- Clinic houses its own lab services, imaging department, and Convenient Care with a pharmacy directly adjacent to the building- NHSC-certified site in Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) that qualifies for federal loan repayment programs as well as the IDPH loan repayment program
