We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our firm and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional client service. Position Overview :

The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of bankruptcy and foreclosure matters on behalf of the firm's clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, sound legal judgment, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in Bankruptcy and Foreclosure proceedings, including hearings and mediations.
  • Review, prepare, and manage legal pleadings, motions, and related documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
  • Ensure all actions are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Active license and good standing with the Maryland and / or Virginia State Bar.
  • 0–5 years of Bankruptcy and Foreclosure experience preferred, but willing to train.
  • Have a vehicle and willing to attend in person hearings.
  • Must reside in Maryland or Virginia.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality client service.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, conscientious, and reliable with respect to deadlines and attendance.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
