Hours are Monday - Friday 7 : 30 - 5 : 00 with, One Saturday a Month 8 : 30 am to 12 : 00 pm (Paid at double rate)

• Scheduling
• Preparing patients paperwork for appointments
• Collecting Payments
• Phones
• Check-in and Check-out
• Confirming Insurances
• Confirming Appointments
