Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation
Manage customer relations, addressing concerns and maintaining high satisfaction levels
Implement and maintain quality control standards for all products and services
Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing stock
Assist in cost control measures to maximize profitability
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Collaborate with upper management to achieve organizational goals and implement new initiatives
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
Proven leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience
Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business or related field preferred
Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining composure under pressure
