Billing Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our team and assist with a mission critical project! In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of billing processes while supporting the integration of a new system. Your analytical skills will be key in resolving discrepancies and maintaining high-quality invoice management.

Responsibilities :

Review and analyze customer contracts to confirm accurate billing specifications within the new system.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, identifying root causes such as contract variances or system errors.
Monitor and troubleshoot billing operations to ensure seamless functionality.

Requirements :

Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or account analysis.

Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve billing discrepancies.

Familiarity with large-scale invoice processing and system integrations.
