About the Position

As a Seasonal Merchandising Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through effective sales floor merchandising and top-notch customer service.

Your Responsibilities

Implement store merchandising standards by adhering to established product presentation and visual guidelines efficiently.

Reorganize and restock the sales floor according to sales performance and seasonal updates, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Welcome customers warmly and assist them in finding products and services that meet their needs.

Accurately manage pricing tasks such as price adjustments, signage updates, and product ticketing in a timely manner.

Help prevent loss by adhering to all product protection measures.

Collaborate with fellow associates in merchandising incoming products effectively.

What You'll Bring

Required

Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Effective verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.

No prior retail experience is necessary.

You must be at least 16 years old.

Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

Previous experience in client-facing retail or service roles.

Starting pay : $14.00
