Cardiology Physician

Job Summary and Responsibilities

• Offer excellent non- or limited-invasive, non-interventional general cardiology care to adult patients in our outpatient clinic and at our community hospital
• Provide general cardiology care 3-4 days per week in our outpatient cardiology clinic
• Implant pacemakers and loop recorders (not required skills)
• Perform Cardioversion
• Read echoes, Holter monitors, stress tests, and EKGs
• Participate in a 1 : 4 shared hospital call
• No outpatient clinic on hospital call day
• Round on inpatients
• Consult with ED and Hospitalists
• Oversee the hospitals cardiology lab
• Perform TEE's (required skill)
• Collaborate with the hospitals impressive Cardiac Rehab program and staff
• Enjoy a strong referral base from within our communitys providers
• Partner with highly trained, competent, and caring support staff
• Work in a group where hearts are big and teamwork rules the day
• Provide services in a community where healthcare providers are appreciated every day for their heroic work
