Now Hiring Pediatric Occupational Therapists (FT, PT, Per Diem)

$90K - $120K+ | $7,500 Sign-On Bonus; Refer a great OT and earn $2,500!

Our 3,500 sq. ft. clinic is fully equipped to support sensory-motor development, social-emotional growth, and more through relationship-based, child-centered care.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for full-time and part-time Pediatric Occupational Therapists who are ready to make a lasting difference in children’s lives.

Ideal candidates :

  • Hold a Master’s or Doctorate in OT and are MBCOT certified
  • Are licensed in California (CBOT) or license-eligible (new grads welcome!)
  • Are passionate about helping children grow and thrive
  • Are collaborative, fun-loving, and eager to learn and share knowledge

  • Commitment to Care : Passionate about working with children, delivering high-quality, neuro-affirming care, and aligned with our relationship-based, child-centered approach.
  • Communication Strength : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support clear documentation and collaboration with families and team members.
  • Relationship Skills : Collaborative, supportive, communicative, flexible, and able to advocate for yourself and your clients.
  • Creative & Curious : Brings fresh ideas, loves problem-solving, and thrives in an environment that values innovation and growth.
  • Clinical Expertise : Training in sensory integration theory & clinic-based interventions.
  • Strong Evaluation Skills : Skilled in administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized assessments, such as BOT-2, PDMS-2, M-FUN, Beery VMI, and others.

    • What’s In It for You

  • Flexible Schedule : Work 16–40 hours per week, Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–8 PM
  • Location Options : Choose the settings that match your passion—our Los Gatos clinic, school sites, in-home visits, or parent coaching (in person or virtual)
  • Pay Range : $90,000–$120,000+ (full-time, based on experience & hours)
  • Sign-On Bonus : Up to $7,500
  • Benefits : PTO, Retirement Plan with 3% match, continuing education allowances
