SAI, a small business government contractor, is seeking a mission-driven professional to support a Human Capital contract in St. Louis, MO. This position will play a critical role in the delivery of high-quality personnel and benefits processing services, customer service, and records functions. The candidate will join a collaborative, experienced team contributing to operational HR excellence for a dynamic federal workforce. This position offers the opportunity to work at the center of government human capital operations, interfacing with HD leadership, government systems, and internal contractor teams.
Human Capital or HR experience is highly preferred but not requiredwe are looking for adaptable professionals who are detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing personnel records and actions in PeopleSoft, supporting data entry transactions, processing federal forms, and assisting with OPF records.
Candidates must hold an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and be able to pass a CI polygraph.
