REQUIREMENTS :

We're seeking someone who brings :

• A high school diploma
• Customer service experience
• Basic computer skills in email, Word, and automotive applications
• Ability to speak to customers about their vehicle

Preferred Qualifications :

Knowledge of cars and repairs

Moderate computer skills

Excellent customer service skills / experience in the automotive industry

Ability to schedule appointments

WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS :

Here's what you'll be doing on a typical day :

Answer phone calls

Schedule appointments

Follow up with customers, updating them on their vehicles

Reschedule missed appointments

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where their organizational skills and friendly demeanor can shine. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, helping to manage their appointments and ensure a smooth, worry-free service experience from start to finish.

WHEN YOU'LL WORK :

Part-time

9 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday
