Description

The client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Trial Attorney . The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing high-stakes litigation cases from inception through resolution. This role requires exceptional trial advocacy skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of complex legal issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Lead and manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
• Prepare and present persuasive legal arguments in court.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other attorneys to gather evidence and build strong cases.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and paralegals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
