Licensed Clinician (LICSW / LCMHC), Outpatient / Intensive Outpatient Program, FQHC

A non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides housing, healthcare, home health, behavioral health, addiction treatment, and more in collaboration with many community partners is seeking a Full Time Clinician for their Outpatient / Intensive Outpatient Program. The Clinician provides a variety of treatment services including individual, group, family, and marital therapy. Provides clinical services such as intake / diagnostic evaluations, case evaluations, and crisis intervention. Participates in liaison work with other agencies as required. Participates as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team. Participates in regularly scheduled clinical supervision. Maintains clinical records in accordance with insurance regulations and established clinic policies and procedures. Participates in weekly treatment team / staff meetings.
