Join a well-regarded physician and 8 APPs in an outpatient primary care practice
Ready-made practice due to community need and recent retirement
Outpatient-only; No OB
4-day workweek, flexible scheduling
18 ppd
Medical Directorship and teaching opportunities available
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a rural setting and have a desire to partner with the medical center.

COMPENSATION

301k evergreen salary, tiered RVU production incentives, and non-production incentives

300,000 recruitment incentive package
