Structural Engineer

Job Description

An industry leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer for their Jacksonville team!

Responsibilities :

• Project / Client management
• Business development (prepare proposals / administer project contracts)
• Plan / manage design process
• Use technical expertise regarding local / national building codes / design practices
• Supervise staff
• Design new building structures, structural alterations, renovations and additions to existing buildings
• Prepare structural assessment reports
• Design / detailing of structure (calculations / computer modeling for steel, concrete, masonry and timber structures)
• Manage / coordinate projects
• Perform site reviews / construction administration services during the construction phase
• Ensure designs adhere to QA / QC standards
• Attend client meetings

Requirements :

Salary is commensurate with experience.
