In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining our diverse range of properties. Responding to help desk tickets and tackling emergency tasks will be second nature to you. This position is being recruited at multiple levels. Duties & Responsibilities May Include : Mastering the art of interior painting Showcasing your green thumb through expert groundskeeping Embracing the winter wonderland with efficient snow shoveling Stepping in as a backup for Janitorial and Housekeeping Perfecting the craft of taping and mudding drywall / MDO Skillfully replacing drywall / MDO Becoming a door hanging and hardware installation maestro Unleashing your creativity through woodworking / carpentry Navigating plumbing / heating challenges with ease Illuminating spaces with your electrical expertise Other exciting duties as assigned Qualifications : Education : High School Diploma or GED. A pristine driving record and access to a safe, secure, and insured vehicle. Carpentry Drywall Plumbing / Heating Electrical Wage ranges for this position : Maintenance Technician 1 - $19.58 - $20.17 Maintenance Technician 2 - $21.29 - $21.94 Maintenance Technician 3 - $21.83 - $22.50 Rate of pay will be offered will be determined on an evaluation of skills, education, experiences, and other relevant factors.
