Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and tend to customers in a prompt, efficient, friendly mannerPrepare all food and grab-and-go items to QuickChek standardsEnsure items are in stock, fresh, and meet quality standardsComply with all corporate sanitation guidelines at all timesKeep up-to-date on new policies and proceduresAttend all mandatory / scheduled store meetingsEnforce and practice Loss Prevention policiesCommunicate any questions, concerns, or issues to the Night Leader timelyKeep store products in stock and set to planogramMaintain a clean, clutter-free store at all timesSweep, mop, and clean, as necessaryEnsure all equipment is operational and call for service when necessaryPerform and ensure proper techniques for food preparation, cash handling, and all other procedures are metPacks out, prices, and faces deliveriesProperly operates the cash register and lottery machineProcesses voids, returns, and customer complaintsCompletes all required shift reports and achieves shift objectivesPractice Loss Prevention policiesComply with fuel operating policies and local / federal regulations (where applicable)Qualifications
