Northwest Healthcare is the largest hospital system in Southern Arizona and is seeking a CRNA in beautiful Tucson, AZ. Position Overview :

• Location : Tucson, Arizona
• Full Time W-2 or 1099 options
• 26 week schedule
• 12 and 16 hour shifts
• Independent Practice
• Practice to the top of your license
• General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN robotics, Urology, Podiatry, Pulm / Broc Lab, and Gastro cases
• CRNA will place Central Venous catheters, Arterial catheters, Lumbar epidural catheters, Spinal anesthesia, Ancillary Brachial Plexus Blocks, Other Regional Plexus Blocks.
• Must be NBCRNA certified or in the process of certification if a recent graduate. Compensation Overview : This position MAY offer the following :
• Competitive salary-$3 20,000 annually plus On Call Pay
• On Call Pay -$ 400 / weekday, $1000 / weekend or holiday (24 hour coverage)
• 8 weeks vacation time, sick time, and paid holidays
• 1099 Rate-$215 / hour
