We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at a detox clinic in Springfield, MA. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals through their recovery journey, providing high-quality medical care and support during detoxification. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, team-oriented environment with flexible scheduling options.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients undergoing detoxification, documenting vital signs and symptoms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and behavioral health staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. Support patients with empathy and professionalism during challenging moments in their recovery

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience working in a fast-paced clinical or behavioral health setting.
