Business Analyst

Dual North America is seeking a Business Analyst.

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and drive impactful change across business processes and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, and a solid understanding of the insurance industry.

Role responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives and enhancements
• Lead process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending scalable, measurable solutions
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
• Partner with Agile teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered effectively
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives as needed
• Support testing efforts by defining acceptance criteria and participating in UAT
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for business analysis
