About the Role

As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will oversee multiple industrial warehouse facilities and provide technical and operational leadership to ensure all facility servicesincluding maintenance, life-safety, custodial, and engineeringare delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with C&W policies and client requirements. You will be responsible for managing budgets, contracts, vendor relationships, and operational excellence initiatives, while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to communicate with others, operate computers, and move throughout facilities. Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (5075% of the workday). Occasional travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.

The compensation for the position is : $123,910.45 - $145,777.00
