Birch Agency has an excellent job opportunity for a Speech Pathologist in the Winchester, VA area for the upcoming school year. If you love working with kids and want to make a real difference in the lives of children by helping them to improve communication, we are interested in speaking with you!
Services you will provide :
Screen new students for Speech / Language disorders
Evaluate students referred with speech / language disorders to determine degree and severity
Provide Speech Therapy to students with a wide variety of disabilities
Complete appropriate paperwork following state guidelines
Attend IEP Meetings
Confer with parents and develop home programs when necessary
Consult with Teachers
Work as a part of Special Ed team

Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely fashion
Required Qualifications :
Masters degree in Speech and Communication
State Licensure / Certification
All SLP's are welcome to apply including new graduates who are seeking their Clinical Fellowship Year.
