Security Risk And Threat Assessment Manager

The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a proactive and resilient security posture.

This is a full-time, in-office position, requiring daily presence at the designated corporate home office to support real-time collaboration, incident response, and operational readiness.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Lead and conduct enterprise-wide security risk and threat assessments.
  • Develop and maintain threat models and risk matrices for critical assets and operations.
  • Monitor global and regional threat intelligence feeds to identify emerging risks.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, Enterprise Resiliency, legal, and compliance teams to align risk mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership on risk posture and threat landscape.
  • Support incident response planning and post-incident analysis.
  • Maintain and update risk assessment frameworks in accordance with industry standards.
  • Train and mentor team members on threat assessment methodologies and tools.
  • Liaison with external agencies and partners for intelligence sharing and coordinated response.
  • Requires up to 20% travel.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Criminal Justice, or related field (master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in security risk assessment, threat analysis, or related roles.
  • Experience with risk assessment tools and platforms.
  • Core competencies include a strong understanding of threat intelligence, risk modeling, and mitigation strategies. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards is also essential. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong leadership and project management capabilities are necessary, as well as knowledge of geopolitical risks and their impact on business operations.

    Preferred skills include Certified Threat Manager (CTM) or pursuing certification, and experience in physical security threat environments.

    Pay range : $92,625-$154,375 / year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
