Job descriptionSalary is commensurate with experience. Office hours are generally 9-5 : 30, two days a week This individual is responsible for appointments, recalls, and checking that the schedule follows our protocol. Collect copayments, make sure we are in par with the insurance, and the patient is eligible Can maintain Zocdoc People skills. Medical insurance knowledge. Self-motivation. A strong organization with attention to detail. Pleasant personality and disposition. Honesty and integrity. Accuracy. Answers inbound telephone calls and routes to the appropriate station. Transfers call requesting medical advice, prescription refills, or surgery information to back office or make a telephone encounter. Transfers call from physicians to the doctor being requested or the doctor who is presently on call.

- Having your own car is a must.
