What You’ll Do

Evaluate & Treat Patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, and musculoskeletal conditions :

Perform comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans

Deliver evidence-based interventions : manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, modalities

Educate patients on home programs and lifestyle modifications

Primary Care & Direct Access Responsibilities

Work confidently in a primary care environment, including direct access care

Operate effectively both independently and collaboratively, with and without physician oversight

Engage in clinical reasoning that supports autonomous decision-making while ensuring coordinated care

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate and timely records

Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold the highest clinical standards

Team Collaboration

Work closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators

Engage in clinical learning, quality improvement, and mentoring PT students

What You Bring

DPT or equivalent from an accredited program

Licensed in Wyoming (or ability to obtain)

CPR Certification

Preferred : 1+ year outpatient experience

Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-centered care skills

EMR proficiency and ability to move / lift / assist safely during therapy

Comfort and enthusiasm for working in a primary care / direct access model, including operating autonomously when needed
