- Create, update, and maintain Archiving Technology documentation including but not limited to product documentation, procedures, and technical documentation to support various compliance products and services within eDiscovery Services and Archiving Technology
- Organize complex information into logical, intuitive structures.

- Partner closely with eDiscovery, Archiving Technology and other business stakeholders to gather source information.
- Transform complex information into clear, user-friendly documentation
- Ensure documentation is technically correct, complete, and tested against actual product behavior.

- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education plus equivalent work experience preferably with a credentials in writing, e.g., communications, English
- Exceptional writing skills : This is a fundamental requirement, encompassing clarity, conciseness, grammar, and the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Technical aptitude : Need to understand the underlying technical concepts of the product or subject being documented. Understand and translate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience, and the ability to translate legal / regulatory processes and requirements to IT partners
- Strong research skills : The ability to effectively gather and analyze information from various sources is crucial
- Communication and interpersonal skills : Effective verbal and written communication is essential for collaborating with subject matter experts, team members, users, and other stakeholders at all levels of the Bank.
- Attention to detail : Ensuring accuracy and precision in technical documentation is paramount
- Familiarity with technical writing tools and software : Proficiency in tools like Word, screen capture software, graphics , Confluence
- Organizational and project management skills : Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is important. Work independently with minimal supervision
