A company is looking for a Program Manager - Automotive CRM Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee CRM solution planning, implementation, and ongoing success for dealership clients

Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-time solutions

Monitor program performance metrics and address risks or issues proactively

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing or supporting CRM systems in a dealership environment

In-depth knowledge of dealership sales and / or service operations

Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as VinSolutions, Elead, or DealerSocket

Proven ability to lead programs involving multiple stakeholders and deliverables

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
