About the Opportunity :
A reputable and well-established law firm is seeking a skilled Legal Case Manager to support its growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys being a key part of a case’s progression from intake to resolution.
Responsibilities Include :
Manage active caseloads and track critical case deadlines
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed throughout the legal process
Assist attorneys with drafting documents, organizing files, and preparing for hearings, mediations, or trials
Maintain and update case management systems with accurate information
Coordinate with medical providers, experts, court personnel, and opposing counsel when necessary
Organize discovery materials and support attorneys during all phases of litigation
Ensure all documentation is properly filed and deadlines are met
Ideal Candidate Will Have :
3+ years of experience in a legal case management or legal assistant role
Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in legal case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, or similar)
Professional, client-centered approach
Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
