Senior Superintendent

We have been recognized in construction for 30 years now and have had a major presence in Southern California. We are continuously looking to grow our brand and we are constantly bidding on some of the top projects in the multi-family sector. We are looking to bring on a Lead Superintendent to join our team in Santa Barbara! If you are a Senior Superintendent with Multi-family experience, please read on!

What you will do :

• Multi-Family New Construction Projects
• First Project : 300+ unit master plan garden-style community
• Lead projects from start to finish
• Work side by side with Project Management team
• Work with upper leadership to ensure project success
• Work with clients so projects meet their needs
