Key Responsibilities

Lead brand discovery processes through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research

Translate audience insights into actionable brand strategy deliverables

Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to express brand visually and experientially

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in developing integrated brand strategies

Experience conducting user research, including surveys and focus groups

Agency experience is a plus

Experience in developing client relationships and account growth strategies

Proficiency in generating strategy documentation like personas and user journeys
