Position Summary
Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and / or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).
Monitor and manage productivity of the area by preparing, reviewing, and / or analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards and procedures; monitor compliance; distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation. Identify associate, customer, and / or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective action or recommendations.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback; teach, support, and model policies and procedures; identify training and development needs; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders.
Demonstrate respect for the individual; build high-performing teams; embrace differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences; create a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging. Create opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00–$98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may include : Regional Pay Zone (RPZ, based on location) and stock.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Office; experience supervising associates; Walmart Logistics Manager experience; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics.
