Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation : Base salary ranging from $160,000 to $180,000, based on experience.
  • Benefits Package : Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Holidays, PTO, and Association and Licensure dues covered.

  • Licensure : Active Optometry license or able to obtain in practice state.
