Medical Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator

Position : Full-time Medical Assistant / Schedulers / Front Desk Coordinator
Job Openings in the Following Locations : Camden Location, San Antonio, TX (including North Central, SA Riverwalk Pearl Brewery area, Alamo Heights, Medina Valley, Leon Valley, Fort Sam Houston, Balcones Heights, Alon , Jourdanton, Pearsall )
Pay Rate : $18.00 - $21.75 per hour
Key Responsibilities :
Efficiently schedule patient appointments and manage patient registration flow.
Assist with patient care, including preparing patients for exams and procedures.
Maintain accurate scheduling and medical records.
Provide front-office support, including greeting patients and managing paperwork.
Support the medical team with back / front-office tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate :
Some clinical office experience or training in medical assisting is required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Passion for delivering excellent patient care and eagerness to learn new skills.

Qualifications :
- CMA or RMA certification preferred, but not required.
- Previous clinical experience is a plus.
- Bilingual is a strong plus!!
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
