As a Security Officer in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Food / Beverage, Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned locations within commercial real estate, food and beverage, and healthcare environments. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to all visitors and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and support a welcoming atmosphere. Mon 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Tue 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Wed 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sat 08 : 00 AM - 01 : 30 PM

Sun 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.

Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and / or emergency responders as needed.

Document incidents and observations according to Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Remain alert and attentive while on duty, adapting to varying working environments and conditions based on the location, which may include commercial real estate, food and beverage production, or healthcare facilities.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
