About the Role

We’re seeking an Orthodontic Clinical Assistant with 1–3+ years of experience to join our high-performing, positive team. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, dependable, and thrives in a culture that values efficiency, authenticity, and continuous improvement.

You’ll work alongside a supportive doctor and team who take pride in innovation, professionalism, and the joy of transforming lives through confident smiles.

Responsibilities

Assist the orthodontist during patient care and procedures

Take digital scans, orthodontic records, and radiographs

Adjust appliances, change wires, and assist with bonding / debonding appointments

Educate and motivate patients on care and treatment progress

Maintain excellent sterilization and infection control standards

Help manage clinical flow and contribute to a positive team culture

Qualifications

1–3+ years of orthodontic assisting experience required

Current Tennessee RDA license and radiology certification

Experience with digital orthodontic systems / scanners preferred

Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Dependable, organized, and able to adapt in a fast-paced setting
