Job Title : EHS Manager

Location : Hattiesburg, MS - Onsite 5 days / week; must cover emergencies after hours

Shift : 1st Shift, 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Duration : Direct Hire

Work Authorization : US Citizen, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary : $105,000 - $120,000 (flexible)

Relocation : Lump sum available for relocation assistance

What You Will Do

• Lead the implementation of the plant's Environmental Management System (EMS), ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
• Drive a cultural shift towards safety through engagement and leadership, focusing on minimizing work-related injuries.
• Manage safety and environmental programs, training, and compliance monitoring.
