Key Responsibilities

Lead transformation of the through-partner motion, including partner onboarding and performance measurement

Redesign core processes and frameworks to create scalable, data-driven models

Serve as the strategic lead for communications related to hyperscale partner programs

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in partner marketing or program management within a large technology ecosystem

Proven track record in leading through-partner or channel engagement programs

Consulting experience required

Strong understanding of process design and measurement frameworks

Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve workflows
