Location Portland, OR-Start : ASAP (90 day credentialing) Open to Licensing during credentialing process-Duration : 13 Weeks Ongoing - Flexible-Schedule : 5x8s or 4x10s (Full Time)-Casework : General 25%, Neuro 20%, Complex Ortho 20%, OB 10%, Cardiac 8%, Thoracic 5%, Bariatric 5%, Complex Vascular 5% - 90% surgical cases, 10% Peds-EMR : Epic-Rate : $350+-Details : Need to be comfortable / open to possibly floating between Portland, St. Vincent, Newberg, and Willamette Falls-Will Cover Full travel and lodging (Hotel, Flight, Rental Car, and Malpractice Insurance)
