About Koita Agency

Koita Agency is a 20+ year direct-sales organization that builds and scales high-performing field and inside sales teams for regional providers in tech / telecom and home services. We operate across multiple states with a growing footprint, hands-on coaching, and a clear path from producer to leadership.

Earn a $1,000 / month retainer + uncapped commission while closing a mix of SMB (B2B) and residential (D2D / appointments) deals in the Kansas City metro . You’ll work warm / hot demand, follow a proven playbook (discovery → demo → close), and log activity in the CRM the same day.

Your Role

Work assigned warm / hot leads (B2B + Residential); supplement with targeted outreach where useful.

Run the motion : discovery → demo / offer → close , capturing next step after every conversation.

Log activity and KPIs daily (doors / convos / demos / closes; meetings set; install dates).

Coordinate smooth activations / installs with the solutions team and confirm customer readiness.

Share field insights to improve scripts, offers, and neighborhood / ICP focus.

Maintain 3× pipeline coverage vs. monthly target and keep forecasts clean.

Qualifications

Sales experience in B2B and / or residential field sales (telecom / technology a plus).

Strong face-to-face communication; coachable, persistent, and consistent with follow-through.

KPI discipline (you’re comfortable tracking activity, conversion, and install metrics).

Tech-comfortable (smartphone, CRM basics, quick quoting).

Valid driver’s license, reliable car , and U.S. work authorization .

Able to work a field schedule , including some evenings / weekends as needed.

Compensation & Structure

1099 independent contractor

$1,000 / month retainer (activity and performance standards apply)

Uncapped commissions + frequent bonus opportunities

Typical OTE : varies by territory and performance
