Requirements : Ethnos Training 1. A desire and ability to mentor / disciple2. Growing relationship with the Lord, pursuing growth in their walk with Him.3. Skilled and intentional in building relationships with students with generational and cultural differences. 4. Willingness and ability to discuss and apply biblical principles to sensitive areas of life with students5. Ability to empathize with the purpose of moving forward in their relationship with Christ. 6. Ability to help students connect present situations to their future ministry context. 7. Ability to facilitate small group discussion along with active listening skills.8. Ability to work well on a team.9. Displays a learner's attitude Region : North America Country : United States Location : Missionary Training Center, Missouri Salary : None Financial support raising required Responsibilities :

1. Weekly training team meetings with students.

2. Required monthly mentor meetings.

3. Team member weekly planning meetings with their other team mentors.

4. Informal time with students in your group. Duration : 2 Years - Career
