Organizational Design Lead
The Organizational Design Lead is responsible for driving and overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational design strategies that align with the company's business objectives. This role provides expert guidance, leads complex design initiatives, and ensures effective collaboration across all organizational levels to foster optimal structures, roles, and processes.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with senior leadership to assess organizational needs and recommend design solutions that support strategic goals.
- Facilitate high-impact workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams to co-create operating models and structures.
- Analyze complex data on organizational structures, roles, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports, proposals, and visual models to stakeholders at all levels.
- Coach and mentor junior team members and OD facilitators throughout the project lifecycle and build organizational design capability.
- Oversee change management activities, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption of new designs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented organizational changes and recommend further enhancements as needed.
- Analyze business strategy and translate it into organizational structures.
- Develop frameworks for role clarity, spans of control, and governance.
- Provide expert guidance on workforce planning and capability alignment.
- Drive change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Competencies :
Deep expertise in organizational design principles and methodologies.Strong consulting and facilitation skills.Advanced data analysis and visualization capabilities.Strategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders.Knowledge of change management frameworks.Experience & Education :
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in HR, Business, or OD.7+ years of experience in organizational design or related fields.Proven track record of leading large-scale design initiatives.Behavioral Attributes :
