Job description

Job Title : QA Lead Location : Remote Duration : Long Term Contract Client : AFS Role Description : The Testing Lead at Deloitte is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of testing activities across projects to ensure high-quality solutions for clients. This role leads a team of testers, collaborates with project managers, developers, and business analysts, and establishes best practices for testing processes and methodologies. The Testing Lead drives continuous improvement, manages defect tracking, and ensures compliance with Deloitte’s standards and client requirements. Lead and manage the testing team throughout the project lifecycle. Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules. Oversee test case design, execution, and documentation. Coordinate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria. Ensure timely identification, reporting, and resolution of defects. Implement and maintain testing tools and frameworks. Monitor test progress and provide regular status updates to project leadership. Promote best practices in manual and automated testing. Mentor and train junior testers. Ensure adherence to Deloitte’s quality standards and client expectations. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in - Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, and business processes. Experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Preferred Qualifications Experience with MS Dynamics products at the Department of Veteran’s Affairs Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, EasyRepro, RSAT, Playwright). Knowledge of API testing and integration testing. Microsoft Dynamics 365 or QA certifications. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Prior experience collaborating with Veterans Affairs stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery. Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) within a federal agency environment. Proven knowledge of Department of Veterans Affairs operations, policies, and programs, with an emphasis on client-facing technology solutions. Special Requirements Work Authorization : US Citizens Clearance Required : Public Trust (Full Clearance)
