As a Talent Acquisition Partner you’ll be the face of Window Nation’s hiring efforts, ensuring we attract and secure the talent that drives our success. From corporate (including HR, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Executive) to field operations roles, you’ll partner with hiring leaders to build talent pipelines – all while keeping quality, sense of urgency, candidate experience, and compliance at the center of every hire.

This is an onsite role working 5 days a week in our corporate headquarters located in the Baltimore / Washington, D.C. area in Fulton, MD (Howard County, near Columbia, MD).

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate, revenue-generating, service trade, and field-based positions
  • Partner with managers to define role requirements and craft tailored sourcing strategies
  • Write compelling job posts that position roles to attract the best talent
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using diverse channels and outreach methods
  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide candidates through every step of the recruiting lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate candidate data, requisition details, and recruiting KPIs in our Applicant Tracking System, Lever (Example of key metrics measured include Time to Hire, Time in Stage, Success Rates (Screen to Interview, Interview to Offer, etc.))
  • Conduct talent market mapping to provide labor market insights and competitive intelligence
  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and internal audit requirements in all recruiting practices
  • Continuously improve processes by leveraging recruiting technology, AI, automations, and best practices

What You Bring (Basic Qualifications) :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 10+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience across diverse functional disciplines
  • Hands‑on experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM tools, managing requisitions, candidate pipelines, interpreting data, and ensuring proper documentation for applicable legal requirements
  • Preferred Skills & Experience :

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Commitment to compliance, accuracy, and data integrity in hiring processes
  • Experience recruiting and hiring in startups, new markets, high‑growth, or high‑volume environments
  • Familiarity with recruiting KPIs, talent mapping practices, and market intelligence
  • Ability to build trust and influence hiring managers using data and insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Window Nation provides competitive compensation and benefits. The compensation package offered for this position includes a base salary and performance‑based bonus, and will be disclosed during the interview process.
