Office Manager

Description

A boutique creative and digital agency in Encinitas is seeking a dynamic Office Manager to support internal culture, administrative needs, and agency workflow. This person will be the go-to resource for the team, supporting executives, coordinating company events, and ensuring the office environment runs smoothly.

Responsibilities :

• Manage office operations, ordering supplies, coordinating vendors, and maintaining workspace organization
• Assist executives with calendars, travel, project coordination, and internal communication
• Coordinate team events, creative meetings, offsite activities, and onboarding
• Manage client intake documentation and assist with project setup
• Prepare basic reports, presentations, and client-facing materials
• Serve as a culture ambassador-ensuring collaboration, engagement, and positive team dynamics

Requirements

• 2-4 years of administrative or office leadership experience
• Creative, resourceful, and comfortable supporting a collaborative team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and ability to pivot between tasks
