Business Creator Strategy & Operations Manager - USDS Overview Business Creator Strategy & Operations Manager - USDS. TikTok's USDS division focuses on data protection, governance, and enabling a secure environment for U.S. user data. This role centers on empowering merchants and creators within the TikTok Shop ecosystem, with emphasis on creator affiliate engagement and the design, execution, and optimization of large-scale creator incentive programs through data analytics, forecasting, and budget management.

Responsibilities Design and implement creator incentive programs to motivate creator TikTok Shop activity and achieve monthly business growth for merchants.

Leverage internal resources to establish and refine mechanisms for communicating with creators to improve creator and incentive engagement.

Develop strategies to incubate new creators for commerce activation for specific merchants.

Analyze affiliate creator data to provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders regarding budget utilization and incentive ROI by program and incentive.

Collaborate with TikTok campaign and category teams to share best practices and identify new resources, tools, and program opportunities.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or above; 3+ years experience in creator or e-commerce partnership management and operations.

Strong experience building and implementing scaled creator / influencer growth programs to achieve revenue goals.

Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams; able to develop plans and execute projects in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in product / user growth and affiliate commerce space.

Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce and livestreaming.

Experience with A / B testing and business analytics.

Job Information Compensation Description (Annually) : The base salary range is $93,600 - $152,000 annually, depending on city, qualifications, and experience. Base pay may be complemented by discretionary bonuses / incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid parental leave; disability and life insurance; wellbeing benefits; 10 paid holidays; 10 paid sick days; and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated on hire).
