Shipping and Receiving Associate

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining organized inventory and a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.

Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.

Maintain inventory accuracy by organizing and updating records.

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.

Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Keep shipping and receiving areas clean and organized.

Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification a plus).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions :

Full-time position; may require overtime during peak periods.

Warehouse environment with physical activity, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
