Quality Control Technician — Food Manufacturing

Based at our facility in Poughkeepsie, NY 12601, this role centers on protecting consumers and ensuring every batch meets our standards.

What you’ll tackle

  • Evaluate ingredients, in-process product, and finished goods against defined specifications
  • Capture results in clear records and route findings to the right people
  • Team up with production to correct nonconformances and prevent recurrence
  • Support internal reviews and third-party audits to demonstrate compliance
  • Contribute to drafting, updating, and deploying QA procedures

  • Prior experience conducting quality inspections
  • Excellent communication—both written reports and on-the-floor dialogue
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting; food manufacturing preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety requirements and quality assurance principles
  • Strong collaborator who works well on cross-functional teams
