FUNCTION

Reporting to the Director of Operations , the incumbent will be responsible for  recruiting and enrolling students in LearnMore, assisting the RNPD and Faculty Instructors in completing required forms, and informing students about the examination scheduling process and career opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for answering telephone calls, responding to inquiries, recruiting, and enrolling students in desired courses.
• Conduct outreach to promote LearnMore through various channels, including presentations and other relevant platforms.
• Responsible for assisting students and faculty in completing forms, preparing distribution materials, copying, and mailing documents.
• Responsible for providing case management for program participants.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of important documents and data.
• Responsible for informing students about the orientation and examination-scheduling process.
• Assist students with preparing for proficiency exams.
• Responsible for providing case management and career counseling services to students.
• Responsible for providing excellent customer service.
• Responsible for performing other duties as may be assigned by the Director of Operations.
