Were hiring a Client Service Advisor who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about delivering high-quality service to commercial insurance clients. In this key client-facing role, youll partner with internal teams to support account retention, manage policy needs, and ensure timely, accurate client solutions.

What Youll Do

• Serve as a trusted client contact for day-to-day insurance service matters
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Claims teams to support retention and growth
• Handle policy changes, certificates, renewals, and client communications
• Assist with compliance reviews, carrier relations, and service improvements
• Support escalations and occasionally travel to client sites
